Training for Adirondacks

Ragnar Relay Adirondacks might just take your breath away! The Ragnar event with the ‘Best Fall Colors’ takes place September 25-26, 2015, and you don’t want to miss out. Pristine lake views, rolling hills, and miles and miles designed for runners are all part of Ragnar Relay Adirondacks. You’ll kick things off under the big orange arch in Saratoga Spa State Park in Saratoga Springs, skirt along the Hudson River, pass through the Lake George region, run up the southern side of Lake Champlain and finish in Lake Placid, the home of two Winter Olympic Games. Experience the Adirondacks as only the Ragnar Nation can and get ready to conquer the course and celebrate with your friends!

This race is part of our Double Medal Series! What’s a better getaway than Spring in the Cape and Fall in the Adirondacks? Beaches and Leaves. Oceans and Lakes. Lighthouses and Log houses. It’s all in the package of running scenic Ragnar Cape Cod and the stunning Ragnar Adirondacks and being rewarded with the splendid Docks & Dacks double medal.
