Don't run much? Never experienced a Ragnar Relay? Don't worry, we have created training programs for novice and intermediate runners. These programs are designed to prepare you for race day so you can worry about more important things, like what color to paint your face and how to decorate your van.

Novice Training Program

Intended for a person who is generally fit to begin an exercise program and has been doing little or no running previous to starting our program.*

Intermediate Training Program

Intended for a person who has been running 20-30 miles per week, exercises on at least 3 days each week, and races only occasionally.*


*Note: a doctor's exam is essential before beginning any exercise program.
