You think that only elite athletes run the Ragnar?
Think again!
Almost anyone can run a Ragnar Relay if they train for it. Don't get us wrong, the Ragnar is a mighty challenge, but with some training you can do it! Besides, do you really want to miss out on the party in the van?
Wasatch Back Training
Starts: 11 May 2012
Don't run much? Never experienced a Ragnar Relay? Don't worry, we have created training programs for novice and intermediate runners.
