YOU CAN DO IT

You think that only elite athletes run the Ragnar?

Think again!

Almost anyone can run a Ragnar Relay if they train for it. Don't get us wrong, the Ragnar is a mighty challenge, but with some training you can do it! Besides, do you really want to miss out on the party in the van?

Chicago Training
Starts: 15 Jun 2012

TRAINING

Don't run much? Never experienced a Ragnar Relay? Don't worry, we have created training programs for novice and intermediate runners. These programs are designed to prepare you for race day so you can worry about more important things, like what color to paint your face and how to decorate your van.

Intended for a person who is generally fit to begin an exercise program and has been doing little or no running prior to starting our program.*
Intended for a person who has been running 20-30 miles a week, exercises at least 3 days a week, and races only occasionally.*

*Note: a doctor's exam is essential before beginning any exercise program.
