NordicTrack Joins the Ragnar Relay Series as Presenting Sponsor

LOGAN, UT | May 31, 2007 - NordicTrack®, the leading home fitness brand, announces its sponsorship of the Ragnar Relay Series, the nation's largest series of overnight relay races. The Ragnar Relay Series includes the Ragnar Relay Wasatch Back in Utah, the Ragnar Relay Great River in Minnesota, the Ragnar Relay Northwest Passage in Washington State, and the Ragnar Relay Del Sol in Utah.

Along with NordicTrack's sponsorship, the company is also helping runners get in shape for the each relay with a new line of treadmills and ellipticals.

For the out-of-state runner who doesn't have hills in their backyard, the NordicTrack AudioStrider(TM) 990 Elliptical has a 30 percent incline that simulates the hills encountered on each relay. With elevations reaching up to 8,800 feet, it's important that the user trains at an incline to condition their body for the strenuous race.
