Volunteers will be able to sign-up for their desired shift between July 11th and August 8th. Make sure that your volunteers sign-up and are committed to show up. Click here for more info on volunteers.
All LOCAL teams must provide three (3) volunteers for the race (van drivers do not count as volunteers). Teams are considered local if they have 1 or more team members within 100 miles of any point on the course.
Substitutions/Individual Registrations
Make sure that all team members have been registered online by June 30th. If you need to make substitutions make them as early as possible. You can substitute runners for free until about June 30th. After that there is a $10 fee per substitution. After July 31st there will be a $20 fee for each substitution. See the registration page for more info.
