	I know that running or walking a road race, regardless of the distance, is a potentially hazardous activity, and that I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained.  I agreed to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete this road race and I further agree that race officials may authorize necessary emergency treatment for me.  I also understand that police protection will not be provided, and both vehicle traffic and spectators will be present along the course.  I assume the risk of running under such conditions, and I further assume any and all other risks associated with participating in the 2010 Ragnar Relay Del Sol including, but not limited to illness, traveling to and from the event, falls, contact with spectators or other participants, the effects of weather (including temperature extremes and humidity), and the surface conditions of the roads, all such risks being known and appreciated by me.  As a condition of my participation, I further agree to abide by all traffic and pedestrian laws and regulations, and understand that my failure to do so may be grounds for disqualification from the event.  Having read this waiver and knowing the foregoing facts, an din consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, my executors, administrators or anyone else whom might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release and discharge founders Daniel J. Hill, Stephen J. Hill, Tanner S. Bell, Ragnar Events LLC, Ragnar Holdings LLC, Dolphin BRE LLC, Dolphin Capital Group LLC, Ragnar Relay Del Sol race officials, volunteers, and any and other sponsors, suppliers, agents, independent contracts, employees and other personnel in any way assisting or connected with this event from any and all claims or liability of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of my participation in this event, even though such liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities named in this waiver.  I hereby authorize Ragnar Events LLC, to use my image or likeness for race promotional purposes.  I understand that race registration fees are nonrefundable.  I have read bible and agree to abide by the rules and contained therein.
